About 9f999 — Bangladesh's Home for Online Gaming and Cricket Betting
Built specifically for Bangladesh players — local payments, local sports markets and a platform that works perfectly on any mobile phone.
Who We Are
9f999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. We launched with one clear objective: to create a platform where Bangladeshi players — whether in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi or Khulna — can enjoy cricket betting, live casino and online slots without the friction that comes from using platforms designed for other markets. Every decision we have made since launch, from our payment system to our game selection, has been driven by what actually works for people in Bangladesh.
The name 9f999 represents a straightforward commitment: a platform that is fast, fair and built on trust. We are not a generic international casino that has translated its interface into Bengali as an afterthought. 9f999 was built ground-up with the Bangladeshi player in mind — the mobile devices they use, the internet connections they have, the sports they follow and the payment methods they rely on every day.
"We wanted every player in Bangladesh — from a student in Rajshahi to a professional in Dhaka — to feel like this platform was made for them. That is why we started with bKash and Nagad before anything else, and why cricket is front and centre every single day."
Today, 9f999 serves players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh. Our platform is entirely browser-based — no app download is ever required — which means anyone with a smartphone and a mobile data connection can access the full 9f999 experience in seconds. The same account that lets you bet on a BPL match in the afternoon gives you access to Evolution Gaming live tables and hundreds of Pragmatic Play slots in the evening.
9f999 by the Numbers
These numbers reflect our daily commitment to keeping 9f999 fast, accessible and rewarding for every player in Bangladesh — whether you are a regular BPL bettor or someone exploring live casino games for the first time.
Our Mission and Values
Four core values guide everything 9f999 does — from how we build new features to how our support team responds to a player in Barisal at midnight.
- Player First. Every product decision at 9f999 starts with the question: does this make the experience better for a Bangladesh player? If the answer is no, we do not build it.
- Trust Through Transparency. Bonus terms, RTP figures and wagering requirements are displayed clearly before a player opts in. We do not bury conditions in small print.
- Speed at Every Step. From page load to deposit credit to withdrawal processing, 9f999 is engineered for speed. bKash and Nagad deposits credit in under 10 seconds. Withdrawals to verified accounts complete within 15 minutes.
- Responsible by Design. 9f999 is a 21+ platform. Deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion tools are built into every account. We treat responsible gaming as a product requirement, not an afterthought.
What 9f999 Offers
9f999 brings together every major online gaming category under one account and one wallet, with a single login that works on any phone.
Who We Serve
9f999 was built for Bangladeshi adults aged 21 and above who want a fair, fast and genuinely local online gaming experience. Our player base spans all eight divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur and Mymensingh. We see players from major cities and from smaller towns like Comilla, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Jessore and Dinajpur — and the platform is designed to work equally well for all of them.
Our cricket betting users are typically passionate followers of Bangladesh cricket who want to put something on the line when the Bangladesh Tigers play. During BPL season, our sports betting volume increases sharply as fans across the country follow their favourite franchises. We cover every major match with pre-match and live markets, and our odds are competitive with any platform operating in the South Asia region.
Our live casino and slots audience includes players who appreciate the convenience of professional-grade games without having to travel. The ability to join a live Baccarat table from a phone in Cox's Bazar, or spin a Pragmatic Play slot during a lunch break in Gazipur, is exactly the kind of convenience 9f999 was designed to deliver — and it is what keeps players coming back.
Bangladesh-First Payments
The payment system at 9f999 was built around local mobile wallets from day one. We deliberately chose not to make international card payments the primary deposit method, because we know that most Bangladesh players use bKash and Nagad for everyday transactions — from paying for groceries to sending money to family in Sylhet.
When you deposit at 9f999 using bKash or Nagad, the money appears in your gaming wallet within approximately 10 seconds of confirming the transfer. There is no manual review, no waiting period and no minimum that would prevent a new player from starting with a modest top-up. Withdrawals back to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed the one-time KYC check.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
9f999 is a 21+ platform — this is not a legal footnote, it is a product commitment. Age verification is part of the registration flow. Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options are available directly from every account's settings page. We encourage players to set a personal deposit limit before their first session so that their gaming activity stays within a budget they are comfortable with.
If you or someone you know feels that gambling is becoming a problem, please use the self-exclusion tool in your 9f999 account settings or contact our support team at [email protected]. We take every responsible gaming contact seriously and respond within 24 hours. For additional guidance, visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.
